Yoga-rando Sugiton

Program:

1 km walk in the heart of the pine forest by bushy side roads, then hike towards Sugiton, sporty descent under the cliff of the roofs where migratory birds nest, great climbing spot.

Famous gourmet vegan break halfway through the trip.

Yoga session above the sea on a dedicated platform, then short descent to the "Torpilleur" cove, named after the rocky islet there. Picnic lunch.

We will finish the hike with a cardio ascent in the scrubland towards the campus of Luminy.

Moments of meditative recollection, lulled by the sound of the waves.

Practical information :

Yoga is suitable for all levels. It allows us to gently awaken our whole body, improve our concentration and our feeling in communion with nature.

The hike is enhanced with botanical and historical comments and various anecdotes about the myths and legends of Provence.
