Wellness and health walks: half-days of sylvotherapy for real nature and forest baths in your presence. Accompanied by a botanist-psychotherapist, you'll discover different practices such as Qi Gong, Yoga, Do In, meditation, weight-bearing and conscious walking, or even Afghan walking..
Departure from Rosuel on Wednesdays in July and August.
Sylvotherapy is a fast-growing, revived ancestral practice (from the Greek silva, meaning forest, and therapeia, meaning cure). It involves treating the body and mind through a variety of sensory approaches using the energies of trees, shrubs and plants, which have a healing power with countless positive repercussions!
Simple and inspiring preventive and therapeutic practices will be suggested to soak up the benefits of nature: relaxation, rejuvenation and disconnection far from city pollution will punctuate this surprisingly healing walk.
This therapist's highly individualized accompaniment is a real rejuvenating cure. Breathe in the light in the midst of nature to sustainably recharge your batteries and improve your vitality and creativity!
