Marie-Odile, a mountain guide specializing in botany and Nordic walking, offers individually adapted day hikes with many walking tips, according to the knowledge, abilities and expectations of each person.
Departure from Rosuel on Mondays in July and August.
This outing focuses on discovering the diversity of high-altitude plants and their specific adaptations to different vegetation levels. You'll discover the beauty, as well as the usefulness, of the many species and protected areas in this universe that is so closely linked to geology, fauna and insects.
Sharpen your mind and senses, and take the time to smell, touch (without picking!) and observe with a magnifying glass this miniature and fragile world of arctic-alpine flora... Deepen your knowledge of edible and health-giving plants, and relax in the heart of nature's regenerating beauty!
