The Refuge du Lac du Lou welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, for a meal, a snack or an overnight stay, in a preserved setting at an altitude of 2,045 meters. Ideal for relaxing in a unique setting, the refuge serves family-style cuisine based on organic and/or local produce, summer and winter alike.
An unspoilt valley, a mountain lake with translucent water, a magical view, a warm and comfortable refuge. Welcome to Refuge du Lac du Lou.
The refuge has 5 dormitories (5 to 8 beds) equipped with pillows and comforters. All you need is a silk sheet and a pillowcase to enjoy a restful night's sleep in absolute calm.
The wardens provide board games and a beautiful library for sharing good times with family and friends.
The refuge has been awarded the "Famille +" label, and is equipped with an umbrella bed, high chairs and a bottle warmer to meet the needs of toddlers.

Winter half-board (+ 14 years): €72

Showers are available on request, at an extra charge of €3 per shower
Summer: Open from mid-June to mid-September
Winter: Open from 1st weekend in December to 1st weekend in May (depending on Les Ménuires resort opening dates)
