Let's go and discover these little-known animals that often inspire (wrongly) fear. Adaptation to the environment, hunting techniques, camouflage and defensive weapons: a fascinating universe!

4 itineraries are proposed:

- Itinerary 1: departure from the Pont Haut de Colmars, hike on the Canal de l'Adroit; easy level; about 150m difference in altitude
- Itinerary 2: departure from Plan de Montgros, 04260 Allos; medium level; about 400m of difference in altitude
- Itinerary 3: the Lake of the Frogs, Foux d'Allos; medium level; 350m of ascent
- Itinerary 4: Col d'Allos vers lanSestrière, Foux d'Allos; medium level; 350m of ascent
