As your eyes wander over the foothills of Mafate, can you hear Bach's melody resonating in the heart of the cirque? Guide Alexis and cellist Christophe will take you on an initiatory journey where nature and music become one. More than just a musical hike, this is a truly sensory experience, as you soak up the serenity of the site to the rhythm of Johann Sebastian Bach's timeless music!

More about your guides:

Alexis VINCENT, a mountain guide who has been on the island for 34 years, will provide guidance and open your eyes to the natural, historical and human heritage of Intense Island.

Christophe BONEY, traveler, mountaineer and music teacher at the Conservatoire de la Réunion, will propose an original repertoire including Bach Suites on cello.

Equipment required:

- Light walking shoes

- Covering clothing (cold + sun), 1 fleece1 rain jacket and windbreaker

- Sun protection (glasses, hat, cream)

- 1.5L water minimum per person

- Towel, tarpaulin or newspaper for sitting on the ground

- Spare clothing for after the hike
