Local appetizers such as La Bellevilloise (polenta fries, ham nuts, Valentin's alpine tomme) or Adrien's Bruschetta (vegetable tapenade, grilled bacon and melted cheese) will keep you waiting for the starters: farmhouse reblochon, pumpkin & chestnut velouté, semi-cooked foie gras, morel risotto with summer Beaufort cheese...

Among the main courses, you will have the choice between winter pot-au-feu, signed Martial; lamb parmentier au gratin; burger of the peaks; arctic char cooked at low temperature; marinated beef entrecote; gourmet peas; unless you prefer the suggestion of the day, according to the Chef's desires. The specialties of Savoy: fondues, tartiflettes, croziflettes or alpine dishes are also on the menu all year long.

After our selection of cheeses (you will be able to taste the Tomme de Valentin and other dairy products made on the spot in summer in the farm of "Chez Pépé Nicolas"), a card of desserts resulting from the tradition of the valley or more traditional but always of quality awaits you.

Finally, "Chez Pépé Nicolas" is also an opportunity for you to become a shepherd by assisting in the milking and cheese making in the morning, by participating in the manual milking of the goats and cows in the afternoon, or by simply watching the pigs and the barnyard strolling in the sun!
