• Rainforest honey

Harvested in the beehives of the high plants and mountains bordering the National Park, the nectar and honeydew are collected by our little bees from the flowers and endemic species of wild flora of the cirques, pitons and remparts listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. Its dark brown, very amber color is characteristic of forest honeys and will delight the palate of honey lovers with its woody tones.

• Dry forest honey

The dry and semi-dry forest is a unique ecosystem in the world. It is in this low-altitude forest habitat, which is able to withstand a dry season lasting several months, that apis mellifera unicolor de bourbon delight in bringing pollen and nectar back to the hive, much to the delight of gourmets.
