Auberge du Moulin

After running several establishments and 20 years' experience in the restaurant business, Manu and Marie decided to settle in 2011 at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park, in Roubion, the village where Manu had spent his childhood. Here, they created the Auberge du Moulin, a traditional restaurant and adjoining mountain grocery selling local produce.

The restaurant welcomes hikers and walkers all year round in a warm and authentic setting, thanks in particular to the cuisine served.

You'll be able to enjoy many local specialties such as pissaladière, salade niçoise, capouns, farcis, daube, merda di can, ravioli and many other delicious dishes... to please your taste buds!

L'Auberge du Moulin is part of the Bistrots de pays community, where all dishes are homemade with fresh produce and love.

November/December: annual closure.

December 26 to May: service Thursday to Sunday lunchtime (evening by prior arrangement)
