The Emparis plateau, a unique place in France... The itinerary in balcony on the Meije Massif and the picnic at the edge of the lake, in front of the Girose Glacier will not leave you unmoved. High altitude lakes, the Massif de la Meije, the "alpages wars" and the flora will be there!

Material and equipment: >> To be provided by the participants: Backpack of 20-25 liters A pair of hiking shoes with semi-rigid sole and high shaft (or low hiking shoes) A pair of hiking poles (possible loan) Classic clothing for mountain and altitude hiking (Gore-Tex or K-way jacket, fleece) Water bottle (Minimum 1liter per person) >> Equipment provided and/or made available (on request and according to our stocks) : Hiking poles Binoculars and long lenses Hot beverage (tea or coffee), chocolate and digestive at lunchtime
