Great-granddaughter of François-Joseph and Sylvia Fournier, Adèle Le Ber lived her entire childhood on the island of Porquerolles.

Adèle left to study in Marseille. After graduating as a merchant marine captain, she had her first experience in yachting in Cannes I quickly understood that I was going to return to the hotel business She worked for several seasons at the Mas du Langoustier, another family establishment, and the Plage d'Argent, taken over by her cousin Charlotte Le Ber. But she felt the need to deepen her knowledge..

And then I made a promise to my grandmother Lélia to perpetuate the family tradition and to come back to work in our establishments to continue to make them evolve as she did.

At the age of 25, she left for the École hôtelière de Lausanne. She then went on to do internships in 5-star hotels in Geneva, Thailand and Paris.. In 2013, after graduating as valedictorian from EHL, she took over the management of a hotel in Chambord and then of a 5* boutique hotel in Paris. In 2015, she accepted the management of the Villa Sainte-Anne in Porquerolles and undertook the renovation of the hotel-restaurant " keeping its spirit and character" . With, already, an asserted eco-responsible approach that earns the establishment to be marked National Park Spirit.

A new challenge will arise in 2019, when the director of the Mas du Langoustier, a 4-star hotel-restaurant belonging to the family group, leaves. Adèle and Charlotte embarked on the adventure "with the same desire to instill a new dynamic through the renovation, but also an environmental logic.

They undertook an important work on the reduction of single-use plastics, the supply of organic and local products and the development of sustainable agriculture on the estate..

Sustainable development, she insists, but anchored in the concrete, trying to encompass suppliers, customers and staff, and in partnership with the Port-Cros National Park.
