La Maison du Bastier

The house of Bastier, because of its configuration, can be rented from 2 to 12 persons. So for a romantic stay, take advantage of the studio for 2 persons or for more intimacy we can couple a bedroom. We also offer a T4 version for 8 to 10 people or the whole house for 12 people. The Cowshed

In an old renovated farmhouse, the Maison du Bastier, come and enjoy all the comfort of a large apartment, "L'étable".

The house is spacious (120 m2) and comfortable, everyone will find his place and the feeling of "being at home" will be there. The decoration is simple, mixing the old and the contemporary. In particular, old cupboard doors have been reused as well as the barn's troughs to make bunk beds in the dormitory room (guaranteed effect!).

The apartment on the ground floor and 1st floor, entirely new, is composed of two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a laundry room with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge, an induction cooker, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and all the necessary small appliances (food processor, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...).

The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people.

The suite on the ground floor includes a double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with Italian shower.

The second bedroom on the first floor has 4 single bunk beds.

The apartment has a TV, a stereo and you can connect to the Wifi for free. The heating is done thanks to heat pumps distributed in all the rooms.

You have access to the garden which includes 2 large tables with parasol, barbecue and deckchair.

The village of St Julien (1100 m) is close to the village resorts, to all the activities offered in the valley, to the lake and to the shops of St Bonnet at only 5 km.

We can also create a tailor-made stay with outings supervised by a mountain leader who will help you discover the valley through its fauna, flora and heritage.

Outside of school vacations, rentals can be made by the night with a minimum of 2 nights.

Reception of the itinerant hikers :

We can welcome itinerant hikers on foot and possibly by bike.

Other useful information: Free provision of baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, toilet seat, potty).

Optional paid options:

- bed linen rental: 5 euros per bed

- rental of bathroom linen: 5 euros per person

- cleaning at the end of the stay: 60 euros

For the comfort of all, the rentals are non-smoking, ashtrays are available outside.

The presence of our 4-legged friends will be done only in agreement with the manager (for reasons of allergy cats can not be welcomed).
