Florence Gartambois' honey house is located in Monêtier-les-Bains on the heights of the Ecrins massif.

Committed to Organic Agriculture, I pay particular attention to the respect of our "dear foragers" and their role in the pollination of wild flora. I produce high mountain honey and pollen in the mountain pastures, forests and flowery meadows of the Briançonnais that you can find in direct sale, on markets or in stores.
