Samuel Brun has been a beekeeper since 2022, following a career change. He lives in Chamborigaud, where he owns 200 apiaries.
Working with the Agriculture Biologique and IGP Cévennes labels, the vast majority of my honey is transhipped in the Cévennes region (Gard - Lozère - Ardèche), which boasts a rich and unique biodiversity. I'm keen to help you discover the different types of honey that bees produce throughout the year.
I can offer you a range of tastes, from very sweet honeys such as acacia, to more distinctive honeys, such as the essential chestnut honey, and a subtly scented raspberry honey.
My approach to honey extraction is similar to that of "raw honey", since at no time is the honey brought into contact with a heated surface. This more restrictive approach requires greater reactivity, but in my opinion, results in better organoleptic quality honeys.
It's my pleasure to let you discover the symbiosis that links flowers to bees, who, by harvesting nectar and transforming it, enable us to enjoy flavors and virtues that have been tantalizing our taste buds for centuries.
I offer chestnut, mountain, raspberry, callune and Cévennes honey, as well as chestnut pollen and propolis.
