Lamb meat - GAEC du Caïre

On the heights of Champsaur, a family farm in conversion to organic farming, which raises sheep using the pastures and alpine meadows of the commune of St Michel de Chaillol to produce Sisteron Label Rouge lambs and direct sales. Jean-Michel and Florence will be delighted to show you around their farm and share with you the life of the flock through the seasons.
