Sébastien Strohl de Pouzols created this young wine estate in 2015, which he cultivates organically, with a focus on working mainly by hand to get the best out of each vine.

Ideally situated at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, the exceptional terroir, rich in clay-limestone and sandstone soils, offers great diversity, which expresses itself in wines with character and finesse. The low yields achieved by meticulous grape selection also guarantee optimum quality.

Sébastien offers 3 ranges of rosé and red wines: cuvées 1860, 1799 and 1570, as well as a late harvest Hypérion.

Numerous wine tourism activities are available for families and friends (tastings, tours, concerts...)
