At 850 meters altitude, in the Val d'Azun, at the foot of the Gabizos and the Pic du Midi d'Arrens, Jana and Sylvain cultivate their plants.

At the Ors na Bruma (Bear in the Mist) farm distillery, everything is grown using agro-ecology methods, with the aim of having as little environmental impact as possible. From their harvest they create liqueurs using a process of maceration and fermentation. Come and taste their products directly at their farm or on the valley's fine tables.

Their products, to be enjoyed in moderation, are as follows:

- Verbena liqueur : an emblematic product of the Velay region, they have revisited it and "imported" it to the Pyrenees.

- Liqueur de menthe : the ultra-fresh digestif par excellence.

- Liqueur de Framboise: a very fruity digestif.

- Liqueur d'Altitude: A subtle, complex taste of pepper, thyme and mint, with camphor notes on the finish.
