Alexandre will take you to the Goléon refuge, the starting point for an itinerary with a breathtaking view of the Meije and the Mont-Blanc.
From the hamlet of Valfroide (1872 m), we will go up the vast valley dug by the Lombard glacier, in order to reach the Goléon refuge near the lake of the same name. From there, wild itineraries close to the "adventure ground" open their arms to us.
Nevertheless the main attraction of this ascent lies in its beauty: with a breathtaking panorama on the Meije, the Aiguilles d'Arves, the Mont Blanc, the Grandes Rousses...just the passage to the Goléon lake is already worth the detour.
The Aiguille du Goléon is probably the most beautiful viewpoint overlooking both the Queen Meije and the King Mont-Blanc.
