The Vallon du Petit Tabuc is a wild valley far from the noise of the resort where the fauna comes to take refuge. It is not uncommon to observe chamois, roe deer and sometimes with luck catch a glimpse of an eagle flying.
We will evolve in the middle of nature in the heart of the Ecrins National Park, in the Mélézin.
Rejuvenation guaranteed! Yoga practice in the middle of nature followed by an hour of yoga in a beautiful vaulted room in Mônétier.
Observation with a telescope to avoid disturbance.
Rachel is a mountain leader and Hatha Yoga teacher, she makes the mountains her natural and philosophical home. Practicing Yoga since she was 11 years old and in love with beautiful mountains, she proposes to reveal their magic to you here.
Through beautiful hikes, she shares her knowledge of alpine geology (Alpine geology instructor for the Centre Briançonnais de Géologie Alpine), as well as the fauna, flora and legends of the Hautes Alpes and the valley.
She will also be pleased to introduce you to Hatha Yoga and to the conscious walking "a step towards oneself...".
A gourmet break is offered at each outing.
