Small art and guest house

The four-poster bed, fully-equipped kitche-nette, small sitting area and many works of art make the little house a cosy place where you instantly feel at home. A small private garden is at our guests' disposal, not forgetting our swimming pool, which we are happy to share with our visitors.
We love our job because it allows us to combine our 2 great passions: meeting people and passing on art. We remain at our guests' disposal for the duration of their stay, because it's important to us that everyone has a good memory of our beautiful region.
In addition to our picturesque village which, as its name suggests, is a former Templar commandery (Voulaines-les-Templiers), a 5-10 minute walk will take us to the woods, with their endemic orchids to be discovered in May, their many mushrooms and truffles, which our adorable dog Waki is delighted to find for us. We can also go swimming in the Ource river, which borders the lower part of our village. We are close to the archaeological site of Vix, where the world's largest bronze crater was discovered. This is on display in the exceptional museum at Chatillon-sur-Seine, 19 km away. In the same town, you can't miss the mysterious Douix spring just below the church of Saint Vorles. Thanks to the Parc National de Forêts (National Forest Park), many hiking trails are organized in the forests, from artistic trails where works of art can be discovered by walkers at the bend of a path, to hikes to discover our flora and fauna.
