Domaine de Pradines - Gîtes

In the 20 hectare estate, the gîtes are located in an old building of character with typical caussenarde architecture with stone walls, exposed stones and vaults in the ceiling. The gîtes are equipped with one or two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-living room.

Each gîte has its own entrance door which opens onto a vaulted gallery common to all 4 gîtes. Through this gallery, you can access the large outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecues which is shared between the gîtes and which benefits from a beautiful clear view as well as the proximity of the pond (secured) to observe birds, insects and amphibians.

Capacity of the 4 gîtes :

• Gîte Alouette - 1 room - 2 to 4 persons
• Gîte Cardabelle - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 4 to 7 people
• Gîte Nid d'oiseaux - 1 room - 2 to 4 persons
• Gîte Asphodèle - 2 rooms - 4 to 6 persons

By renting the two gîtes Nid d'Oiseaux and Cardabelle, which are adjoining, it is possible to have up to 11 beds in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and toilets. The Cardabelle gite and its kitchen-living room space allows you to meet and share meals.

On site :

• Swimming pool and paddling pool (not supervised) 10am-8pm from mid-June to mid-September.
• Small grocery store with fresh products and basic necessities.
• Small restaurant (July - August)

The Domaine de Pradines also offers 50 bare pitches, 4 gîtes, 7 wooden chalets and 2 bungalows. The accommodations are open from April - All Saints' Day vacations. Bare pitches for tents, caravans, camping cars from mid-June to mid-September.
