Meeting the Cevennes

Discover the landscapes of the Cevennes: Causses, Gorges, Mont-Lozère... and meet the people who live there.

Each day has been built to associate an environment and its landscapes. Meeting producers and their products.

Accommodation and catering are provided in a hotel that has signed the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism and a restaurant that has been awarded the Esprit Parc National label.

Philippe, beekeeper of the Causse Méjean, is happy to talk about bees, true sentinels of the environment. Sylvain, a winemaker, introduces the wines of the Gorges du Tarn. Every evening, Martial, the chef of the *** hotel restaurant, proposes recipes based on local and seasonal products.

These meetings give a very personal coloring to the stay, composed of five accompanied hikes in five different environments of the Cevennes National Park.

9 to 14 km per day, or 3 to 4 hours of walking and 200 to 350m of elevation gain.
