In Chamesson, on the banks of the Seine, Fabien Ansault's Musée d'Art Singulier presents a varied and astonishing collection: totem poles, gargoyles, paintings, architectural chiaroscuro, still lifes and other unusual objects. A rare place and a fantastic universe in an idyllic setting.
I'm a craftsman-plastician and I've set up the cabinet de curiosités des Z'uns possibles, a small museum-gallery displaying works of singular art.
We're in Chamesson, the western gateway to the National Park. I've been doing this since I became a Burgundian, when we moved here in 2002. More specifically, the museum is now celebrating its 8th season.
We ' ve hadthe Esprit Parc Nationallabel for about a year now. We have a triple label, i.e. one for the museum, one for our café associatif, which is one of the museum's tools, and one for the gîte, which is a tiny two-person guesthouse.
We're very proud to be able to use this brand, because it means meeting the criteria of ecology, well-being, good living and respect for the environment, which are also part of our philosophy.
