The gardens of the Highlands are installed in Chaillol at 1450m altitude. Approximately 1,000 species and varieties of plants flourish there without fertilizer. Guided tours for the curious and sales at the farm for the greedy!

We cultivate a rose garden of 400 old-fashioned perfume roses, often rare alpine perennials, aromatic dye plants and food plants, using animal traction and without synthetic fertilizers or chemical treatments

as the seasons go by, you'll find a range of products made from flowers, berries and plants without any artificial additives (rose water, jams, syrups). Guided tours are organized on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in July and August. In June, September and October, practical workshops are offered by appointment from spring to autumn.

Farm sales Monday to Saturday at 6 p.m. in July and August, by appointment the rest of the year.

Market sales: Winter in Merlette on Thursdays during the Christmas to Easter vacation period, Summer (July to August) in St Bonnet en Champsaur on Mondays, Merlette on Thursdays and Pont du Fossé on Fridays.
