Rillettes 100% lamb - GAEC L' Agneau de nos montagnes

At Prunières in the Ecrins National Park, Patrick and Martine Marseille's lambs are born on site and raised in the flowery meadows of the Serre-Ponçon heights. "L'agneau de nos montagnes" transforms its production at the farm and offers direct sales.

It is the pride of a breeder to have a herd that holds the road. As I always say, the flock comes before me! It must not lack water or grass and it must have shade when it is hot.

The ingredients that you have to put in this job are not to put things like chemical fertilizers. We let nature return to nature. On the mountain pasture there is no fertilizer, on our plots either.

We work differently and we realize that finally it is the solution that everyone should adopt, perhaps.

It's not battery farming, we really take it to heart and I'm proud of the plaque I have with Esprit National Park on it.
