At the National Forest Park, get to know Loïc Jounot, market gardener Les Jardins du Cosmos

Settled since 2021 in Leuglay in the Côte d'Or, Loïc Jounot grows organic fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants on a 2.1-hectare plot of land in the heart of the National Forest Park.

My strengths?

• Production based entirely on maintaining and improving the biological life of the soil.
• Continuous observation of the soil's vitality and optimized soil management.

As the seasons go by, my plots are enriched with organic matter, permanent cover crops and minimal tillage.

I don't grow vegetables and fruit, but I do consider myself a breeder of earthworms in my soil.

It makes me proud to be in a National Park.
