Guadeloupe National Park
"Our ethic is to produce locally for the local market, with respect for the consumer and the environment"

At the Aquaculture Park, in Pointe-Noire, the ouassous, raised in the ponds, and the caribbean wolffish, raised in the sea, are guaranteed free of pesticides and other chemical products.

François Herman, manager of the site, uses his knowledge and experience as an agricultural engineer to offer a quality and local product. Indeed, all the links of the production chain are observed, from the egg to the plate.

If the main activity remains aquaculture, the Aquaculture Park offers a table d'hôte service with products from the farm and educational visits by a biologist to learn more about sustainable aquaculture.

During your stay at the Aquaculture Park, you can also observe birds or enjoy the quietness of the site, you also have the possibility to practice recreational fishing.
