Au Verger Saint Joseph jellies

A family orchard created by Sarah's ancestors that she continues to cultivate with passion to produce various jellies: rose, grape-raspberry or elderberry.... so many delights to discover at the Saint Joseph Orchard.

In the 80's, Sarah's grandparents transformed part of their orchard into a farm campsite, as a complement to their business, to alleviate the difficulties of arboriculture in mountain areas. Lovers of their profession, they passed on their passion to her!

It's a family affair...

  • Sarah makes her own jams, syrups and fruit jellies in her workshop.
  • Not far from the workshop, Sarah's mom welcomes campers under the shelter of apple and pear trees at the Camping A la Ferme Saint Joseph and the Gîte à la Ferme Saint-Joseph.
  • Sarah's partner Nicolas, an artisan ice-cream maker and chocolatier, sublimates some of the fruit into delicious sorbets and ice creams.

The fruit is grown as naturally as possible, and is not treated in any way.

Sarah's jellies are made from fruit grown in the orchard: roses, lavender, rosemary, grape-raspberry, dandelion, elderflower..
