The apiary of Darbois is located in the forest of Châtillon-sur-Seine, the apiaries benefit from the purity of this unique and privileged environment, which brings character and authenticity to their honeys.

Blackcurrant chutney

A sour, sweet, spicy, sweet and savory condiment, blackcurrant and honey chutney enhances game, poultry and cold meats. It will enhance your cold meats and surprise your guests. With its slightly acidic taste, the vigor of the fruit enhances your duck breast or codfish.

Quince chutney

Honey-quince chutney is a perfect accompaniment to game and roasts, poultry such as duck and, of course, foie gras. The character of the fruit goes surprisingly well with soft cheeses.

Clotilde and Benoît's operation is based on a farm that houses a certified organic honey house.

It has 267 hives, all of which are located in communes belonging to the National Forest Park, within a 25 km radius of Buncey.

We've been farming organically in the Châtillonnais region for 5 years. We have set up our hives in the protected environment of the National Forest Park, which offers our bees an exceptional setting, notably for its varied flora.

We process our honey entirely cold, and offer a range of honeys and combinations of honey and aromatic plants (such as agastache, thymcitron, hyssop...), as well as gingerbread.
