The apiary of Darbois is located in the forest of Châtillon-sur-Seine, the apiaries benefit from the purity of this unique and privileged environment, which brings character and authenticity to their honeys.

Handcrafted in our honey house, honey and aromatic plants create a harmony between the virtues and benefits of honey, and the subtle aromas of aromatic plants.

Honey & agastache

A plant with aromas reminiscent of mint and licorice, with digestive properties. Enjoy simply or with cheese, for example.

Honey & hyssop

A plant with a woody taste, its flavor gives honey an inimitable freshness. Invigorating and invigorating. Ideal with a large lemonade, it also adds a touch of mystery to fruit salads.

Honey & Meadowsweet

Very smooth and vanilla-scented, forming a rich, warm duo with a floral fragrance. Gently soothes aches and pains. Subtle in panna cotta, full-bodied with brioche and tea.

Honey & lemon thyme

Provides immediate well-being and is an essential ally against winter aggressions. Perfect in hot water, by the spoonful or surprisingly on goat's cheese.

Clotilde and Benoît's operation is based on a farm that houses a certified organic honey house.

It has 267 hives, all of which are located in communes belonging to the National Forest Park, within a 25 km radius of Buncey.

We've been farming organically in the Châtillonnais region for 5 years. We have set up our hives in the protected environment of the National Forest Park, which offers our bees an exceptional setting, notably for its varied flora.

We process our honey entirely cold, and offer a range of honeys and combinations of honey and aromatic plants (such as agastache, thymcitron, hyssop...), as well as gingerbread.
