The trace of the Armistice is a mythical trace of Guadeloupe that will delight even the most jaded hikers! It allows you to visit the Galion waterfall (a beautiful 42 m high waterfall), the high altitude humid forest, the sleeping volcano of La Citerne and the mule savannah (which, when the weather is good, offers a magnificent panorama on the Saintes and the Caribbean mountains). But it is especially the path itself which is worth the glance. Weaving its way through the high altitude thickets formed by the mountain mangles, the "path" is only a path in name! A true happiness for the amateurs of disorientation and strong sensations.

Duration of the outing : 3h30

Rates price : 35€ for adults, 20€ for children.

Difficulties: hike classified as difficult: you must be able to walk for 3 hours on a relatively uneven terrain with a strong difference in level and not have any major physical problem (breathing, balance, heart, etc.).

Equipment closed shoes, rain gear, water, snacks and spare shoes.

During his various experiences abroad, Yoann Jaffré tried to understand the functioning of nature and the relationships that unite living beings in a perfect symbiosis. Between the majestic Vieille Dame, the impressive Chute du Galion, the unavoidable Chutes du Carbet, the historical Trace des Nèg Marrons and many others, Yoann Jaffré will explain the role of the volcano, the peculiarities of the plant kingdom or the culture of Guadeloupe through places full of history.
