Villa Ti Jako of L'îlot Palmiers

Nestled on the outskirts of the Guadeloupe National Park, in a lush tropical garden of 4000m2 with a swimming pool in the shade of palm trees, Martine and Alex Durand welcome you in the calm and authenticity of their exceptional bungalows and villa in Pointe-Noire, a few minutes from the Islet Pigeon and the Botanical Garden.

Some of the accommodations boast breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The hosts have made L'Îlot Palmiers a landmark for nature lovers...You'll marvel at the large waterfall-fed pool from which rainforest dry and wet plants emerge. Soon, you'll be able to enjoy the fragrances emanating from the medicinal garden currently under construction. A guide to all the plants and palms on the site is currently being produced and will be accessible via a digital booklet.

Because the Deshaies botanical garden and Coluche's former villa with its magnificent "JAKO" (parrots) are just 15 minutes away. From its huge terrace overlooking the 4,000m² park of L'Îlot Palmiers, you'll have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and its breathtaking sunsets. You'll be able to relax to your heart's content as you return from a day's deep-sea fishing or snorkeling. Also built in red wood by Pointe-Noire craftsmen, this charming villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

TI JAKO is designed for a dream stay for 2 couples or a family with 2 children.

A few years ago, Martine and Alex Durand embarked on a project to create accommodations in Pointe-Noire, and thus Ilots Palmiers was born.

In the middle of huge palm trees, you will be able to stay in a soothing, relaxing and enchanting atmosphere, where the Creole style of the accommodations and the majestic side of nature are in harmony. You can learn more about the plants of Guadeloupe in our Creole garden and observe many birds.

During your stay, we share with you our favorite activities and our little nuggets off the beaten track, between outdoor activities, crafts and local products.

Our leitmotiv is to make you discover Guadeloupe in an atypical way.
