Guadeloupe National Park
"I come from a place where there is mass tourism and I was able to experience the change on the people, the change on the environment"

Touched since childhood by the harmful effects of mass tourism in the south of France, Anne Marty Perez developed in 1999, the cottages and bivouac Les Cocotiers in Vieux-Habitants.

After several years working in hotel structures, she decided to develop her sustainable tourism project in Guadeloupe. This project comes from a will to create a tourist activity more respectful of nature and man. At each visit, she applies herself to welcome her customers in a personalized way.

The lodgings and bivouac Les Cocotiers are located between the territory of the National Park of Guadeloupe and an area managed by the Conservatoire du littoral, which makes it a site of natural interest for the observation of sea birds. It also includes a hiking trail nearby: the Trace de Mamalier.

Also concerned about the well-being of her clients, Anne Marty Perez offers wellness services in harmony with nature.
