Beef parcels, retail meat - Sauron Farm

Located in Ancelle in the Champsaur valley, the Saurin farm is a family breeding of Charolais cows, renowned for the quality of their meat. All our animals are born in our farm, the calves are raised under their mothers. The herd's diet consists of fresh grass that is grazed from spring to fall and during the winter, hay and cereals produced and harvested in our fields.

Sale at the farm on Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm (except during school vacations) and from Monday to Saturday from 4pm to 7pm during school vacations. Closed from November to December 15
