Wines of the GAEC du Sollier

In Monoblet, in the foothills of the Cevennes, the Domaine Le Sollier is nestled in a green setting opposite the twin mountains of Roquette and Saint-Chamant.

The vineyard on south-facing slopes extends over a dozen hectares. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Viogner, Merlot, Sauvignon... receive all the sunshine they need to make blended wines.

It all started in 2006 with the creation of the private cellar, with the aim of making terroir wines with a real identity. Two young people and their father work to extract the best from their vines. They make great IGP wines from the Cevennes, certified Organic Agriculture.

A family estate for three generations, Laurent, the father, Thomas and Nicolas, the sons, have at heart to make you discover and share their passion for wine and their place of life.

The range is composed of 5 reds, 2 whites and 1 rosé.

The reds: Terre Ronde, Les Linthes, L'Originel (the only mono-varietal wine without sulfite), Les 4 Chemins, Mon Oncle.

The whites: Les Alisiers, Les Acacias

The rosé : A l'ombre des Jumelles
